When all the drop down's we're added as linkable knobs in 6.2, it
looks like this one was missed (ie no = box next to the drop down).
Best to send this as a bug/annoyance to support.

Though you can just manually add the link yourself by adding something
like this in a text editor to the defocus inside the group:
method {{parent.testDropDown}}

Then in the dropdown in your group just create the same named drop down items

 addUserKnob {4 testDropDown M {accelerated "full precision" ""}}
