anything set in menu.py that should be in init.py?

Subject: [Nuke-python] environment troubleshooting?

Hi fellow Nuke TDs!
I'm working on some studio pipeline scripts and I have a bizarre
issue. It may or may not be nuke related, hopefully you can point me
in the right direction!

I've got some test code, something like this:

import pipeline
pipeline.execute("project_name")

If I copy and paste that into a session of nuke I've run via-task bar
or desktop shortcut, it works.
However if I run the same nuke.exe via command line (just a straight
Nuke6.1.exe with NO arguments) and then copy and paste the same code
into the same session, I get an error:

AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'instances'

I'm at loss as to how Nuke's environment might differ (running
Nuke6.1.exe from command line vs. double clicking shortcut) or how to
troubleshoot this?

And yes, I looked at my shortcut properties, it's just a straight path
to the exe without any flags or arguments.

Cheers,
Jordan
