Justin, I've read through the pasted code. It is very similar to the example provided by the Foundry. I don't believe the flipbook code is causing your problem.
Are you running the exact same version of Nuke on both operating systems? Can you reproduce the problem without adding your custom Flipbook? You should send in this information to [email protected]. It could be a bug with Nuke.
