hmmm, i think there's some confusion, what i meant is that you should use other tools (like grade) for your color corrections, because the histogram basically acts as a clamp (and is rather limited anyway).
ie the grade node *will* keep the superwhites, the histogram usually not (at least not at it's default settings). if you just want to see a histogram, look for the J_Scopes plugins.. helped me a lot of times (although i still wished that nuke had a some proper native histograms, scopes and parade built in) ++ chris On 3/5/11 at 6:48 PM, [email protected] (rahul kv) wrote:
