I shuffled out the multichannel files for the contact sheet. Sometimes I keep multichannel files directly on the b line, and do merges (eg. Plus reflection over lighting) inline, which seems to be the most efficient way, node-wise.
Shuffling out is more intuitive, and gives a more visual sense of where color corrects are. I don't want this discussion to turn into ye old "what's the best way to lay out your comp" discussion, but if it nullifies the advantages of using multichannel files to shuffle them out, that's pretty interesting. I would be interested to hear if any of you have server issues while running nuke renders on the farm, and very interested to hear what you did about it.
