I just learned about this so I figured I'd share. The Foundry has a new tool
called the Foundry License Utility which "replaces the following deprecated
tools: Foundry System ID (FSID), Foundry Licence Installer (FLI) and Foundry
Licence Diagnostics (FLD)."

I had a license that wasn't installing with the old tools so I was pointed to
this new one and it worked.
