ah ok,  that makes sense now.  

Now you mention hue correct "can do that".  

Hue correct doesn't seem like it can actually change hue?   Just saturation and 
value at a specific point of hue?  Am I wrong here?


Finally,  the "hue rotation" on the Hue shift node doesnt seem to work as 
expected?  

eg,   take your colorwheel into photoshop,   apply a hue saturation and drag 
hue across and the wheel essentially spins changing hues in a logical manor.  

Move the hue rotation in the hue shift and the colour become warped and do not 
rotate as expected?   

Its really throwing me on how to do what I see as a really basic command,   
change the hue of a colour in an expected manor? 

Thanks again for all the help so far but its still not giving me the photoshop 
hue saturation tool ability or anything near really?
