If you are going to use multiple camera projections, might as well match your 
lighting, colour, etc in your matte painting. This will probably be more easier 
and efficient.  

Unless, of course if you want to go the maya (modelling texturing lighting) way 
then I'd say render out a single frame with all the necessary passes and 
project it back in nuke. That way, you save a good amount of rendering time.
