Hi there Adam

So you do your over colour frading with grade, colour correct nodes.
Most nodes in nuke have a mask input so you can use the keyers or/and do
very loose soft edge roto shapes to do your isolated grading using any of
the colour nodes.
The manual is a good reference along with the built in help with each node
