I've exportet a shot out of Premiere Pro CS6 into a dpx full range. Importet it
in Nuke and compared it with the original Red file.
So now the strange thing.
The r3d file matches the best with PPro CS6 viewer if i choose linear in the
Read node, put the gamma curve to RED space and put the viewer LUT to none.
But if i put the gamma curve to "Half Float Linear" and the Viewer to sRGB it
seems a little bit different. So what should I do to keep
my colorspace/colours as they are.
The dpx file has a little bit more contrast than the original r3d file and I
don't know exacly how to preserve the colors as they are. What workflow
type of exporting Files for Nuke out of Premiere Pro would you recomment. (In
background I'm already trying to do this with Hiero)

matchest the best

Viewer: None

Read (r3d)
gamma curve REDspace
decode colorspace REDcolor
colorspace linear

less contrast matches not as good as the other one

Viewer: sRGB

Read (r3d)
gamma curve Half Float Linear
decode colorspace REDcolor
colorspace linear

Best wishes,
Benjamin
