Hey guys,

I've been compositing CG backgrounds with green screen live plates. I've
attached a screenshot of one of the "working" scripts, where the grain on the
CG background is working fine.
For some reason, this technique isn't working anymore even though it's working
on other scripts.

A little background info…
Many shots have camera movement. And I've been rendering out large BG's that
are at higher resolution then the main live plate. Because the camera movement
is mostly in the X and Y axis, I felt I didn't need to render the CG background
with a 3D track from the camera. So I just render a high resolution BG, and
attach it to a 2D track from within Nuke.

When I import the large BG plate, it immediately "snaps" to the resolution of
the comp, and I use a Transform to make it "bigger" again so I can attach it to
the track and fill the shot.

Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong by having to use a Transform to
"resize" the BG plate.

As you can see from the screenshot, I'm adding the Grain to the BG right before
the Merge node that comps the FG green screen over the BG. As I said, this
approach is working in other shots that have been set up the same way. But, for
some reason the Grain is not showing up on the BG plate.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
Todd
