i shot grainplates in 1920 for ISO 400, 800, 1000 and 1280 for a recent ALEXA 
project in Pro Res 422 10 bits (we recorded to SxS). It might not be the 
quality/resolution you are looking for, but you might be able to extend the 
plates to your desired resolution.

I've actually been working on a gizmo that lets you apply those plates to your 
footage, but I didn't finish it because in the end someone decided that I'd 
have to finish vfx work 1 month earlier than expected....so I decided i'd 
rather finish all elements and use a standard grain node instead of having nice 
grain on unfinished stuff ;D
