select all of your roto points then go to the transform tab of this shape and do a little math in the translate input enter: half of your resolution - value from center of this shape selection do this for x and y and your already created shape should now have its center on the center of the frame

e.g. if your resolution is 1920x 1080 and the shape you create has the center at 763x, 452y you would do
translate x = 1920/2-763 = 197
translate y = 1080/2 - 452 = 88
