Start by downloading the current ACES OCIO config from here:
https://github.com/hpd/OpenColorIO-Configs

Point Nuke at:
aces_1.0.1/config.ocio

Then create an OCIOColorspace node and set the *in* to:
"Input - Sony - S-Log1 - S-Gamut"
