Changing the font size under Panels > Appearance from 14 down to 10 helps
(verdana font). Able to see all 5 digits of the L value. But it's really
tiny on the 4k monitor.
I tried with Tahoma font in 13 size. Seems a bit bigger. Guess it also has
to do with the font.
I assume the Verdana 14 is the default? If yes, one should be able to
properly view and read all digits with default setting, not asking users to
change fonts and font size first.
