Nuke doesn't have scaling support.  Your only option is to make the fonts
bigger or work at a lower resolution.

There is hope though. Vfxplatform has QT5 listed for the 2016 calendar
year.  The foundry hasn't moved yet and is a year behind but when they do
this may help with this problem.  QT4 has poor hidpi support but QT5 has
very good support for it.  So hopefully this move helps with us all getting
4K displays.  I would still complain to support.
