The exact timeline's going to be determined in large part by university+funder logistics. I thought it was going to happen last year, so at this point I'm just going with the flow :-). The process for hiring staff definitely takes a few months at a minimum; with postdocs there's a little more flexibility. -n -- Nathaniel J.
