Hello. I’m writing a PR (#12586 (https://github.com/numpy/numpy/pull/12586)) for radix sort, and since some operations involve bit-shifts, the concern came up that big-endian architectures might not support it. If someone has access to a machine with a big-endian architecture, it would be nice if they could run the test suite on that PR.
