Hi all, I see life in a feature I've been dreaming about for years now. :-) I'm wondering how stable this branch is and if it's ready for playing with. I ask because I'm (once again) about to write an cython extension to process vectors of epochs and records of struct tm. Naturally, I'd love to be doing this right in numpy itself.
