You need Visual Studio 2008 Express Edition. Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition is just a component of Visual Studio and does not have the C compiler. Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition is probably sufficient, but I recommend getting the whole Visual Studio if you can afford the time and disk space. -- Robert Kern "I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth." -- Umberto Eco _______________________________________________ NumPy-Discussion mailing list NumPy-Discussion@scipy.org http://mail.scipy.org/mailman/listinfo/numpy-discussion
