Bug description:
In order to prepare for 3.0, detect when user code has changed the
CurrentDirectory and issue some sort of warning.
We should also provide a TestContext property that returns the directory
containing the test assembly, since that's
one way to avoid messing with CurrentDirectory.
TBD:
How the warning is issued.
Whether the warning is triggered/suppressed by a setting of some kind.
