SetUICulture doen't work in nunit-console (but nunit-gui)

Bug description:
I need to set different ui cultures to test the correctness of some resources.
Using SetCulture and SetUICulture for the whole test fixture works fine, when
the test are run with nunit-gui. But if I run the same test with the same
settings with nunit-console cultures are always "en" independent of what I have
set with Set(UI)Culture.
