This is not on a VM machine. I can provide more detailed specs if required and if you have livemeeting or some other remote assist software I could give you control of my machine in question to help you look into this known issue if you were interested. In the meantime I have successfully installed the application using command prompts (had to turn on passive and quiet options but ti worked). Thanks for your assistance :)
