Title: Add detection of 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 frameworks to PlatformAttribute Status in NUnit V2 Test Framework: Fix Committed Bug description: Extend PlatformAttribute to detect net- and mono- 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0.
