Charlie,
Thanks for providing the fix. We verified that it works in 2.5.10. TestCaseData
for TestCaseSource works as well. However, we would like to be able to specify
the category inline as well:

[TestCaseSource("dataList", Category="A")]

That will reduce the amount of code TestCaseData requires. Should I open
a separate request for this?

Please add a way to specify categories for parameterized test
fixtures. This will allow control over execution. NUnit GUI should
  respect these settings as well.

  [TestFixture("string1", Category="A")]
  [TestFixture("string2", Category="B")]

Would appreciate it in NUnit 2.x if at all possible (and soon). Thank
  you!
