Title: Feature request: Explicit named parameter to TestCaseAttribute Status in NUnit V2 Test Framework: Fix Committed Bug description: It will be useful to be able to mark a particular test case as Explicit. So when the Test is run and one of the test cases is marked as Explicit, then only that particular test case should be Explicit. As of the current implementation, the complete test is marked as Explicit and none of the test cases are run.
