I'm no longer able to make this happen so I'm marking it as fixed. My
only doubt is that the fix appears to be a side effect of other changes
and so it may reoccur, since we don't know exactly what fixed it.

Title:
NUnit GUI bounces to background on reload

Status in NUnit V2 Test Framework:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
I have noticed that, upon reloading a recompiled test fixture, NUnit
will move itself to the background unbidden. I find this really
frustrating when I am using NUnit because I oftentimes am waiting for
NUnit to finish reloading the fixture before I can run the next set of
tests. It would be great if NUnit stayed in the foreground.
