Title: Add detection of 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 frameworks to PlatformAttribute Status in NUnit Test Framework: Fix Committed Status in NUnit V2 Test Framework: Fix Released Bug description: Extend PlatformAttribute to detect net- and mono- 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0. The 3.5 support is needed in order to exclude NUnit tests requiring NSubstitute when running under a 2.0 framework.
