Bug description:
Run the Gui under Windows and load an assembly. Use the File menu to
reload the assembly under Mono 4.0. Use Tools | Test Assemblies... to
view how the tests were loaded.
The test assembly is loaded using the 2.0 CLR rather than 4.0.
