Title: Problem with "Exclude these categories" Status in NUnit V2 Test Framework: Fix Committed Bug description: Version 2.6.0.12051, Gui Runner. If "Exclude these categories" is selected and there are no "Available Categories", then all test are excluded. I expect no tests to be excluded. Moreover, the "Exclude these categories" option is disabled.
