I am sorry for not giving enough information to make your task easier. I looks 
like you have figured it out. 
FYI: In my case, I was excluding tests marked as "KnownFailures". So when I 
fixed the last "KnownFailures", no tests could run.

  If "Exclude these categories" is selected and there are no "Available
  Categories", then all test are excluded.  I expect no tests to be
  excluded.  Moreover, the "Exclude these categories" option is
  disabled.
