Add Asynchronous attribute support

Bug description:
NUnitLite supports the Asynchronous attribute. We should investigate
the possibility of adding this to NUnit itself, if it can be done
without major design changes. NUnit 3.0 should also be investigated.
If the parallel support in NUnit 3.0 will make Asynchronous obsolete,
then we may not want to add it to 2.6 either.
