Here's my idea, I was planning to implement it for the hackathon. I'd
really like to implement this :

A multistep prediction can be used to train the computer player in a
classic pong game. The coordinates of the point where the ball strikes the
boundaries can be encoded and send to nupic. The goal is to predict the
location where the ball will be striking the left/right edges of the game
space. Also, the number of steps n that is required for the ball to reach
an edge will be computed from it. The computer player will have to move its
playing board to this specified position. If the ball arrives at that
position successfully, then it was a correct prediction and we increase the
permanence values. I know that I am being a bit vague here. I hope I can
put together a slide and share with everyone soon enough.

Along similar lines, another idea would be to train nupic with the set of
arrow keys you press to navigate a vehicle in a racing simulation. After
the user completes the circuits a few times, nupic should be able to mimic
the sequences and thus 'learn' to drive the car. Here, a fail case would be
to hit an obstacle and a pass case would be to not hit an obstacle for a
specified duration of time.
