I believe swarming only handles a certain subset of date format
strings. I cannot remember what they are off the top of my head.
Unfortunately, the swarming process is a bit strict about the CSV
input file format. Your best bet at this point is to reformat your
dates to match the "%m/%d/%y %H:%M" format.
