Hi Matt,
I did a fresh install of Mavericks on my family's general Mac. I then
installed pip. Then git. I Ran git which said I have to download the
Developer Command Line Tools, which I did. Then I ran pip install nupic,
which gave me the following: ( I put it here since the output was small ).
