Hi, Quinn Liu, I don't know your exact requirements but the installation worked for me with CentOS 6.5 upon only 1 core, 1GB RAM, 20GB HDD on VMware Workstation, which looks similar to t2.micro for its size and the OS (RHEL).
According to the below pages, t2.micro is said to be free for 750 cpu credit hour per month in the period of one year, although EBS may cost a bit extra. Depending on how heavily you use the instance, the cost could be as less as a can of coke... I don't know... :( c.f. https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/ https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/instance-types/ http://aws.amazon.com/ebs/details/ Running Nupic on Windows OS natively is not possible yet, because Nupic is not a pure python project. If you allow to use Linux on VM, you have many choices and the installation has become quite easy recently. I hope the following mail is also useful for you. http://lists.numenta.org/pipermail/nupic_lists.numenta.org/2014-August/004388.html B.R. Hideaki.
