Hey Jose,

this might be because you did not set the NUPIC variable.
if the following doesnt help, consider opening a new issue here:
https://github.com/numenta/nupic/issues/new

Try executing :
export NUPIC="$(pip show nupic | grep 'Location:' | sed 's/Location:
//')/nupic"
