Sorry, but NuPIC as structured today is not ready for major vision problems. Especially HTM Engine, which is tuned towards anomaly detection on scalar data streams.
Future vision work will be ongoing in https://github.com/numenta/nupic.vision, but I am not sure about the state of that work right now. We are definitely not ready to be doing anything like video processing at the moment.
