Thanks, Matt. But this is the video I was following. If you'll notice at his second 'pip install nupic' attempt, the nupic.bindings module downloads and installs fine. So this video is not really a help for this problem.

I was hoping to play around with NUPIC after speaking with him. But I've encountered a problem installing. Nupic.bindings download/install is failing. I'm getting an error that 0.4 and 0.2 are both not supported on my platform. I'm running OSX 10.9.5. I've attached the command/error sequence for your inspection. Any ideas?
