Hello everyone: Recently, I learned the encoder of the nupic. And I found that there are two encoder adaptivescalar and random_distributed_scalar which are used to encode the scalar. Both of the two encoders are applied to the scalar without range. So I want to know what's the difference of this two encoders? And what's time to use the adaptivescalar, what's the time to use the other one?
