Outlet switching is supported, only you need to use 'upscmd' for that (see
the man page). The output of

    upscmd -l <upsname>

will tell you which commands are supported for your UPS. In newer NUT
versions, even a little description will be displayed (we forgot that when
these commands were added), but you can probably do without.
