You can download a tarball (both for 'development' and 'testing') from
http://buildbot.ghz.cc/public/nut/
The ETA for nut-2.2.1 (stable) is 'shortly', I really don't know when. We
have not fixed a release date, but I expect before the end of this year.
It's long overdue already.
