I've moved things, but Apache website changes are subject to a four-hour
delay, so we'll soon see whether I got it right!
3. Renaming the mailing lists to be @lucene.apache.org.
Step (3) requires help from Apache's infrastructure group. I have
filed a bug report (http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-355).
This is still pending infrastructure action.
