Nutch is improving too and it search results are getting better.
The problem i am facing in nutch search results are the spam sites that are included in search results.I am use regx-urlfilter.txt to stop spam but it has its limits.
Search results are much better in version 0.5 compare to 0.4 but the bannedhost.txt file in version 0.4 give me more control over spam sites and search results.
In my opinion top search engines have almost same search results. I think they all consider pagerank . It can bring good site at the top of search results.
