Michael,

I believe the focus of Nutch is a Java/JSP
implementation of a search engine (being cross
platform & independant) so you may not get much
response.

Once your code is done though, i don't see any reason
why it can't be mentioned in the Wiki or docs that
there is a .net implementation that people are working
on.
