Ofcourse the list is a great place to discuss development. I was bringing up the idea that we could use the sourceforge task management interfaces so we don't have people working on a duplication of effort.
I'm excited to get some of the JMX development started and to see that take off - as well as others i'm sure and i thought it would be great to solidify what tasks people are working on and brainstorm on what the best implementations of jmx would be. Just seems all the discussions are a "hey, here is a patch" and no community brainstorm sessions. Obviously as a community oriented project using some of the management tools to streamline development and open tasks/feature requests may offload some of the issues that you brought up in your prior email about development standards :) --- Stefan Groschupf <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Do you want to start a list that we put up on > > sourceforge as a task so multiple people can work > on > > getting these implemented as well as brainstorm on > > anything involved? > > Sorry my english is to bad to understand you > clearly. ;) > I think the nutch developer list is a good place to > discuss nutch > development issues. > > Stefan > --------------------------------------------------------------- > enterprise information technology consulting > open technology: http://www.media-style.com > open source: http://www.weta-group.net > open discussion: http://www.text-mining.org > > > > ------------------------------------------------------- > This SF.Net email sponsored by Black Hat Briefings & > Training. > Attend Black Hat Briefings & Training, Las Vegas > July 24-29 - > digital self defense, top technical experts, no > vendor pitches, > unmatched networking opportunities.
