Are there any php hackers out there who'd can write us a docs/index.php
that examines the request's language header and redirects to the
appropriate docs/XX/about.html, defaulting to 'en'? This would be used
by our Sourceforge-hosted static website, http://www.nutch.org/. Our
jsp code does this already, but Sourceforge supports php, but not jsp.
