This patch contains implementations and unit tests for two new commands:
* mergedb: merges one or more CrawlDb-s, optionally filtering urls through the
current URLFilters.
* mergelinkdb: as above, only for LinkDb-s. Optional filtering is applied both
to toUrls and fromUrls in Inlinks.
