Parse ignores meta refresh redirection

If fetching and parsing are run as seperate jobs, then redirection coming from
meta refresh tag (i.e. <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url=foo/">) is
ignored, resulting in the loss of that ("foo/") url.
