* Remove LinkDb.Merger completely.
* Move LinkDb.reduce (LinkDb no longer implements Reducer) and
LinkDb.createMergeJob to LinkDbMerger. I think it doesn't make much sense to
have a LinkDb$Merger _and_ a LinkDbMerger so I merged them into one class.
